We deliver seasoned oak and oak/cedar mix to Hemet, East Hemet, Valle Vista and San Jacinto, straight down Highway 74 from the mountains.
Burning wood in Hemet
The San Jacinto Valley gets colder than most of inland Southern California: Hemet regularly sees frost and freezing nights through the winter, and the older homes along Florida Avenue and in East Hemet often have working fireplaces or wood stoves that see steady use.
Hemet is also home to a large community of retirees and 55+ neighborhoods where fireplaces are a nightly comfort in winter. For those homes we recommend a half cord of seasoned oak delivered in the fall; it stores well and burns clean.
Valle Vista and the properties climbing toward Highway 74 have a rural feel and plenty of room for a full cord. Our oak/cedar mix is a favorite there for outdoor fire pits and shop stoves.
We serve East Hemet, Valle Vista, San Jacinto and Winchester.
